HOW TO ORDER
You can order in the following ways:
VIA one of our platform partners:
- Wholesale pricing reflects bath and body industry standard keystone pricing, volume discounts are available.
- Opening order minimum is $50.
- Minimum ordering quantity is 4 per style
- We price our products at the Minimum Advertised Price on our retail website, if you offer our products for sale on your website you must adhere to our MAP pricing, you may charge more, you may offer coupons, or sales, but the regular price must be the MAP or higher.
- You may sell our products on your own website. You may use our stock photographs, we ask that you create your own descriptions and do not plagiarize.
You WILL NOT sell our items on any third parties websites, examples: Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, Walmart or utilize your Shopify plug-in to sell our products on Walmart or any other third party site.
- We do not discount our wholesale prices for subscription boxes. Please be accurate with your desired quantities. We will not accept returns if you do not sell through your established quantity. We will, however expedite add on orders if you oversell.

- Payment is due when you receive your invoice, or you order online, Payment will be credit card or bank transfer.
- Net Terms are available to select customers for large orders, please contact us if you would like to discuss this option.
- Wholesale orders are exempt from free shipping and coupons.
- We do not accept coupons for wholesale orders, originating on our site or any other site.
SHIPPING & PACKAGING
- Your order will ship in the least amount of boxes required to ensure affordable and timely delivery of your products. We do package our products well to ensure your products arrive safe and undamaged.
- Most orders ship USPS, or FedEx, and occasionally UPS, we will not be responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not let us know that your address doesn’t offer delivery by one of these servicers and we choose the most economical route.
- Your order will include an invoice and/or packing slip.
- Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Very large orders may take an extra day or two.
- Items on pre-order will ship separately from the remainder of your order unless you expressly let us know to ship them all together when your pre-order is ready to ship.
- We use Biodegradable Organic Starch Packing Peanuts, and paper packing products to reduce our dependence on plastics.
RETURNS & CANCELATIONS
- Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns.
- If there is any issue with your order please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide invoice number, and photo proof of any damages to the products, and boxes, or otherwise so we may make a claim with our shipper.
- Order cancellations must be requested prior to your order being processed. Orders cannot be cancelled once items are shipped. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
